Transporter Service Provider usually bid on each shipment that comes on their way, assuming they will get at least one on them. Brokers and transportation companies have multiple fleets, so they can manage multiple shipment on the same route but the small fleet owner bid on every shipment that come across their way but can manage very few of them and excessive bid confirmed by the customer can lead in excessive cancellation as the TSP may not have an empty load.

(For an instance – if a TSP has 2 fleet but he bid on 10 shipment. 2 of the customer books him for the job then the TSP may not be able to book the rest of 8 shipments as he is already occupied.)

In such cases TSP has on option to let virtual shipment pause all his active bid in case any of his bid is got booked by the customer. The TSP can manage his paused bid and un-pause the selected bids from Paused Bid Section in the header. This helps the TSP to get rid of unwanted excessive cancellation.
