Safe and secure payment transaction is Virtual Shipment’s priority. Virtual Shipment introduce several financial measures to make your payments more secure. We introduce Virtual Wallet, Virtual Code and Virtual Money which can help you to control your money until your shipment is delivered.

Customer pay complete amount while booking

Customer pay at booking to get the virtual payment code, you will get the payment confirmation notification.
Customer share the virtual payment code with you on delivery.
You can use the virtual payment code on Virtual Shipment Portal to encash it to your bank account.

Customer prepay only booking amount

Customer pay the booking charges while booking.
Customer pay the rest of the amount directly to the transporter on delivery.

Customer pay complete amount on delivery to the transporter

While booking Customer request to pay complete amount on delivery and you (transporter) get the notification.
You need to pay the booking charges to get the contact detail of customer.

Credit payment

Corporate customer can request to pay the complete amount on credit bases.
If you accept his request you will get the payment later as per your contract, accepting credit payment through Virtual Shipment’s certified customer is always secure.

Virtual Wallet & Virtual Money

All of your transactions, which have been made through Virtual Shipment, will be managed in Virtual Wallet along with all the transaction history, cash back, refunds, Virtual Codes. The amount present in Virtual Wallet is Virtual Money.

Security of Virtual Wallet

Don’t worry about the security of the virtual code, only you can access the Virtual Code and no one else can encash the virtual code, not even the customer himself. (click on the FAQ to know more)
