Safe and secure payment transaction is our priority. Virtual Shipment introduce several financial measures to make your payments more secure. We introduce Virtual Wallet, Virtual Code and Virtual Money which can help you to control your money until your shipment is delivered.

Choose your payment mode

You have bundle of options to select your payment mode.

Instant payment - You can either make complete payment through Virtual Shipment or pay only the booking amount through Virtual Shipment and remaining amount directly to the transporter on delivery. Although we recommend you pay complete amount through the Virtual Shipment as it is a safer and secured mode of payment and helps you in case of cancellation and disputes.
Credit Payment (Non-Certified) - If you are a corporate but not certified by Virtual Shipment and you want to pay on credit bases later after the deliver then you can place a request for that as well. Being Non-Certified Corporate this payment structure in insecure and you may face some delays while confirming the booking, as Virtual Shipment do not track the credit payments for Non-Certified corporates.
Credit payment (Certified) - – If you are corporate and certified by Virtual Shipment then your can pay on credit bases in 2 ways –

Pay the booking amount while booking the service provider for your consignment and rest of the amount later at your mentioned date (on date ‘as per contract with transporter’).
Book the service provider with out paying any amount, in fact pay your service provider on credit bases, days after the shipment got delivered. All your payment’s details get managed by various tools of Virtual Shipment.

Virtual Code

See the symbol of verified transporter in front of your service provider’s name, if they are verified then they accept the payment through Virtual Shipment and if they are not verified then pls check with the service provider before booking, if they accept the payment through Virtual Shipment or not.

Receive the Virtual Code - Once you pay the full amount for your shipment, you will receive a Virtual Code or Payment Code in your E-Mail & dashboard.
Share the Virtual Code at delivery - Share the Virtual Code to your service provider and he will re-cash the amount from the virtual code.
Change the amount of Virtual Code - – Inventory changes at last moment before picking up? Need more then what your service provider demanded because of last moment inventory change? Don’t worry, you can add or deduct amount to/from your Virtual Code.
Bargain your carrier - Don’t get your consignment delivered on time? Any damage? Don’t worry you can bargain and reduce the amount from Virtual Code.

Virtual Wallet & Virtual Money

All of your transactions, which have been made through Virtual Shipment, will be managed in Virtual Wallet along with all the transaction history, cash back, refunds, Virtual Codes. The amount present in Virtual Wallet is Virtual Money.

Security of Virtual Wallet

Don’t worry about the security of the virtual code, only your assigned service provider can access the Virtual Code and no one else can encash the virtual code. Click on FAQ to know more
